The Role

We’re looking for a Content Producer & Editor to join OAC at a genuinely exciting stage of growth.

This role is hands-on, creative, and fast-moving. You’ll be responsible for planning, shooting and editing high-quality content across podcasts, long-form YouTube and short-form social - working directly with clients, creators, founders and our internal team.

Most of what we film is social-first (phones, vlogging cameras, podcast setups), not complex production rigs - so this role is about creative judgement, storytelling and execution, not technical perfection.

You’ll split your time between content shoots, podcast recordings and editing, with a mix of retainer client work and ad hoc bookings. No two weeks look the same - and that’s exactly how we like it.

This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who’s confident on shoots, enjoys variety, and wants to grow with a business that’s scaling quickly.

  • Collaborating with the wider team on ideas, formats and creative direction

  • Preparing for podcast and content shoots to ensure smooth delivery

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
